I do not like to brag, but I can say with confidence that I am in good physical shape. I love to cook delicious food. One of my favorite dishes is our traditional Ukrainian borscht. We say - how many housewives, so many recipes for borscht. But I think that the most important seasoning is to cook any dish with love. I try to develop internally - after all, external beauty is visible to everyone, and for deeper communication it is very important to have a pure soul and a loving heart.
